What we try to do well
Use official sources, keep local source depth visible, avoid importing a rule from a neighbouring city, and separate general planning advice from a verified legal requirement.
What this site cannot do
It cannot inspect your property, interpret a survey, issue a permit or replace current advice from the authority responsible for the property.
